«I had the sense to live the life so stupid». On the 120th anniversary of of Faina Ranevskaya

On August, 27, on the day of the 120th anniversary of Faina Ranevskaya / 1896 – 1984 / the exhibition «I had the sense to live the life so stupid» started its work in the main building of the A.A. Bakhrushin Theatre Museum.

The life and the works of Faina Ranevskaya, the actress respected and admired by millions of people, are represented in photographs, posters, videos, manuscripts, letters, telegrams from the collections of the museum, Russian State Archive of Literature and Art, The Mosfilm film studio, The Lenfilm film studio, The Gorky film studio, Central Scientific Library of the Theatre Union of the Russian Federation, Russian State Library and Gosfilmofond of Russia.  These materials are shown together for the first time
